What happens to the details and photos you send when you ask for a quote.

What we collect

When you submit a quote request we receive the information you enter: contact name, company name, phone number, email address, the city and ZIP where the material is located, and the wire details you provide. If you attach photos, we receive those images as part of the same submission.

We do not ask for payment details, government identifiers or account credentials, and you should not send them.

How it is used

  • To identify and assess the wire or cable you are offering
  • To contact you about that submission and any resulting transaction
  • To arrange review, collection or shipping if we make an offer
  • To keep a record of what was quoted and agreed

Submitted contact details and photos are used to evaluate the quote request and to respond to it. We do not sell your details, and we do not add you to a marketing list because you asked for a quote.

The form processor

The quote form is delivered by a third-party form service, FormSubmit, which accepts the submission and emails it to saleselectricalbuyers@gmail.com with any attached images. That service processes the submission on its own infrastructure under its own terms and retention rules. If you prefer not to use the form, email the same details and photos directly to saleselectricalbuyers@gmail.com or call +1 (614) 715-3047.

Cookies, scripts and tracking

This website is built with HTML and CSS only. It does not run JavaScript, analytics, advertising pixels or tracking scripts, and it does not set its own cookies. Photographs and fonts are served from this domain. The third-party form service may apply its own spam protection when you submit the form, which is outside our control.

How long we keep it

Quote correspondence and photos are kept for as long as needed to evaluate and complete the request, and afterwards for ordinary business record-keeping. If you would like a submission deleted, ask us and we will remove it unless we are required to retain it for a completed transaction.
